Chatham Residence Amenities
Maintenance
Residents have the option of completing online maintenance requests. Maintenance workers will enter each students suite and complete all deficiencies listed on the request.
Community Room
This shared space is accessible to residents during Resident Advisor shifts and offers TV, lounge furniture, board games and other activities.
Windsor Residence Amenities
Front Desk
The front desk is the main hub of the Residence. It is staffed 24hrs a day and providing residents with one on one service to ensure all needs and requests are met. A few services that the front desk offers are sign in and sign outs, package pick up, and faxing and photocopying services.
Common Kitchen
The main floor of the Residence features a common kitchen, open 24 hours a day for students to cook at their leisure. A great space for gathering and sharing recipes from home! The common kitchen has full size stoves for cooking or baking, and a sink for washing up after your meal is cooked.
Laundry Rooms
In the Residence you will find a laundry room complete with washers and dryers. These laundry rooms are open 7 days a week, 24hrs a day. All washers and dryers are on a prepaid card system, with laundry cards being available for purchase in the laundry room.
Lounges
The residence features common areas to gather, socialize, or study. These spaces include a games room, movie lounge, and dedicated study lounge outfitted with tables and chairs that are perfect for individual or group studying.
Movie Lounge
Each Residence offers a movie lounge complete with projection screen and sitting area. The movie lounge comes complete with a DVD player and a theater surround system. Residents can also hook up personal game consoles.

Housekeeping
Housekeeping service is provided on a bi-weekly basis for each suite. Housekeepers clean the kitchen and bathroom areas; it is the responsibility of the resident to clean their own bedrooms. We ask that residents ensure their kitchen and bathroom floors and counters are cleared for housekeepers to clean these areas.
