Residence Rates

Rates apply to full-time students enrolled at St. Clair College. Students can apply for Residence before they are accepted into their program.

Chatham Campus: Residence Fees include utilities, WIFI, cable television, and a furnished suite.

Windsor Campus: Residence Fees include utilities, WIFI, antenna television, local telephone access, and a furnished suite.

Summer Semester 2026

OPTION 1

$3,400.00 payable on or before April 15, 2026

4 Payments of $887.50 on or before April 15, May 15, June 15 and July 15, 2026

 

Academic Year 2026-2027

OPTION 1 – Single Payment

$8,100.00 payable on or before June 15, 2026

 

OPTION 2 – Split Payment

$4,100.00 on or before June 15, 2026

$4,100.00 on or before September 15, 2026

 

OPTION 3 – Split Payment

Winter Semester 2027

$4,050.00 due December 1, 2026

Withdrawal and Cancellation (Section 3.4 of the Student Housing Agreement)

Upon the Withdrawal of this Agreement or Housing application by the student, for any reason, the student will be charged a prorated amount for the days they occupied the housing room, plus a cancellation fee effective the date they vacate the Housing. Applicable Cancellation Fees are detailed below.

SPRING TERM

  • Cancellation or Withdrawal received prior to: April 1st: The student will be charged an amount equal to 5% of the total Housing Fees.
  • Cancellation or Withdrawal received after April1 but before May 1st: The Student will be charged an amount equal to 15% of the total Housing Fees.
  • Cancellation or Withdrawal received after May 1: The student will be charged an amount equal to 25% of the total Housing Fees.

 

ACADEMIC TERM

  • Cancellation or Withdrawal received prior to: August 1st: The student will be charged an amount equal to 5% of the total Housing Fees.
  • Cancellation or Withdrawal received after August 1st but before September 1st: The student will be charged an amount equal to 15% of the total Housing Fees.
  • Cancellation or Withdrawal received after September 1st: The student will be charged an amount equal to 25% of the total Housing Fees.

WINTER TERM

  • Cancellation or Withdrawal received prior to: December 1st: The student will be charged an amount equal to 5% of the total Housing Fees.
  • Cancellation or Withdrawal received after December 1st but before January 1st: The student will be charged an amount equal to 15% of the total Housing Fees.
  • Cancellation or Withdrawal received after January 1st: The student will be charged an amount equal to 25% of the total Housing Fees.

Cancellations and withdrawals will not be accepted over the phone.
